www.powerperformancesystems.com online store is owned and operated by PowerPerformanceSystems, based out of Ontario, Canada.

Our online store is in partnership with shopify as our retailer host.

We own all intellectual property rights on our site including any material or information published on it. PowerPerformanceSystems does not grant any licence or right in, or assign all or part of, its intellectual property rights in the content or applications incorporated into the Power Performance store site. 


PowerPerformanceSystems is responsible for maintaining and updating website content and information, but does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, adequacy or completeness of any of the website content. Web content and information is subject to change and can be updated at any given time without notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us directly to confirm accuracy of any content or information.


Personal information from the customer is required to process, complete and fulfill order purchases on our site. We may request additional information in order to create updates which will make website functions more efficient and user friendly for our customers.


Purchase Terms

www.powerperformancesystems.com site and online store is owned and operated by PowerPerformanceSystems, and uses shopify as its host platform for processing purchases. We and shopify use paypal in handling order transactions. Your debit card/credit card information is handled and charged as soon as your order is confirmed by paypal. Once your order is dispatched and shipped out is there a binding contract. We have the right to refuse to supply any goods ordered by you in such a case of misinformation.

Delivery & Returns

The customer is responsible for notifying us of incorrect or damaged goods they receive within 48 hours of delivery. We do not accept the liability of such goods missing in transit unless we are contacted within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. Outside of the reported timescales of delivery once orders are complete and shipped out, we accept no liability of shortages, non-deliveries, incorrect or damaged goods on delivery and should be dealt with the partnered shipping carrier requested. We will do our best to meet extenuating circumstances with notification within the expected time scales and will be by mutual agreement between customer and PowerPerformanceSystems.
