TRACK YOUR ORDER

All orders are shipped with Canada Post. Tracking can be found at https://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/track/personal/findByTrackNumber?execution=e1s1 

Canada Post tracking updates once it hits a major Canada Post checkpoint and has completed the initial processing. 

ORDER DISPATCH TIMES

Orders are shipped once payments are received in full and cleared. Orders are sent out typically within 1-3 business days of an order being placed. 

Once you have placed an order you will first receive an order confirmation email with your order details. You will receive a second email with shipping and tracking details after your order has been sent to Canada Post for processing. 

If there is a shipping issue with your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible outlining alternative options. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Returns must be made within 7 business days of receipt of goods. Refunds are processed once a request has been confirmed and goods are received by us in undamaged, unused and unaltered condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping and there is a %10 re-stocking fee on all returns. Exchange requests must be made within 7 business days of receipt of goods. We only complete exchanges for defective or damaged items. To request an Exchange, please contact us for a Exchange form at contact@powerperformancesystems.com
